Description

This holiday house is situated only 200 meters from the beach. The house have a bigger refurbishment in 2012. Carport integrated with the house. . The house has a big and bright living room (50 M2) with an exit to a conservatory which can be used the whole year. The living room has an air-condition / heat pump, wood burning stove, sofas and TV – chairs, cable television (TV signals are streamed via Wi-Fi), DVD, video, radio with CD player. Kitchen in open connection with the living room. The kitchen has ceramic heard and an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a microwave oven. Bath room fully equipped with floor heating, shower area, sink, toilet and cupboards. No smoking inside the house. Wi-Fi connection, . 1 pets is okay. Special designed garden with paths, terrace with lot of sun lights, garden furniture and a grill. 3 sleeping rooms: - one with double beds wardrobe and exit to the terrace. – one bedroom with double beds and wardrobe – one bedroom with a sofa.
