Located on a quiet street in beautiful Fanø Bad, this holiday home at Kystvejen 14 invites you for an unforgettable holiday. Renovated in 2022, the holiday home is just 100 metres from the beach and North Sea. Spread across two floors with a total of 129 square metres, it offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six people - and your dog is warmly welcome too. Please note: due to narrow steps leading from the parking area to the house, this holiday home is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Gentle blend of classic and modern style

The holiday home exudes comfort throughout - from modern bathrooms to the kitchen, rustic furniture and exposed beams in the living room. You'll feel the holiday atmosphere from the moment you step through the door.

The ground floor features a spacious entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access to a lovely bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer for convenient laundry during your stay. One of the three bedrooms is also located here, furnished with a pull-out bed.

The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both equipped with wardrobes and double beds. There's also a second bathroom on this floor. One bedroom offers access to a small balcony with panoramic North Sea views.

From the entrance hall, you enter the heart of the house - a beautiful living space where the well-equipped modern kitchen with induction hob flows into the dining area and living room. Here you can relax on comfortable sofas and watch television while the wood-burning stove creates the perfect holiday atmosphere with its gentle crackling and dancing flames.

The holiday home also features a heat pump for efficient and cost-effective heating.

Covered terrace, dog run and dune plot

The holiday home offers many ways to enjoy fine summer weather. There's both a covered terrace section and an enclosed, sheltered terrace with quality garden furniture. The enclosed terrace faces south, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals prepared on the holiday home's gas barbecue.

Besides garden furniture, the holiday home provides sun loungers where you can retreat with a good book or simply soak up the sunshine. Your four-legged friend hasn't been forgotten - there's a fenced dog run where your pet can relax or play freely.
