This lovely activity holiday home is just a stone’s throw from the child-friendly Frederikshavn PALM BEACH and close to Frederikshavn town, with ferry connections to Læsø and Sweden. Only 150 m away is a playground connected by grassy paths. About 500 m from the house you’ll find a large indoor playland (Fun House) with mini golf next door. At Rønnehavnen, just 1 km away, there’s a restaurant and the area’s well-known Palmestrand. A new padel centre and an 18-hole golf course are also within 2.5 km. The house suits families and couples, with opportunities for walks in beautiful nature. It accommodates 5 people plus 1 child under 3. The 119 m² property was built in 1972 and partially renovated in 2023. Two pets are allowed. Facilities include energy-efficient heat pump, washing machine, dryer and wood stove. For children there’s a high chair, changing table and cot. The 1464 m² plot is just 350 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. There’s an open terrace, tool shed, football goal, barbecue, carport and extra parking. The activity room features table tennis, darts, air hockey and mini table football. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed (2 places) and 2 adjustable beds. The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, 4 induction hobs, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Lovely family-friendly activity house. Dogs welcome. Teens can enjoy the activity room while parents relax by the wood stove or on the terrace, listening to the sound of the sea.
