The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds (The beds in two of the rooms are pull-out beds, but function as a double bed when they are pulled out). Space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are 2 families with 3 small children). There are also 2 nice bathrooms with showers. The meeting point of the house is approx. 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a wonderful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (The television is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar). Relaxation, coziness and good company are guaranteed here. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal system. The house's fantastic layout makes the home an obvious meeting point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outdoors, you will find a large, great wooden terrace that runs all the way around the house (approx. 120m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, which invite you to good times during the holidays. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a refreshing dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes and good restaurants.
