Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 135 m² and is build in 1992. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2800 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2900 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Ferienhaus. Die Matratzen müssten alle dringend gewechselt werden. Der Wasserkocher war unzumutbar, verrostet. Der Spa Bereich war wundervoll. Ansonsten war es wirklich sehr schön
