Description

This charming vacation home is located right next to a large, green area where children can play freely and undisturbed. The area is equipped with picnic tables, a sandbox, and a soccer goal, and the vacation home itself has its own seesaw and climbing net, making it a true paradise for the little ones. Additionally, the house is only 150 meters from the beach and the beautiful promenade that leads into the center of Sæby

The summer house accommodates up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms: one with a comfortable three-quarter bed, another with a sofa bed that is 120 cm wide, and a third with a bunk bed perfect for children with its 180 cm length. The bright and inviting living room is combined with the dining area and furnished with colorful furniture, creating a lively atmosphere. The cozy sofa area includes a TV, and from here you can enjoy the stunning view over the green area and the distant sea.

The bathroom, beautifully renovated in 2021, includes a spacious shower and a practical washing machine, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

In the garden, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the good weather. The lounge chairs invite relaxation in the sun, while the grill area allows for preparing and enjoying delicious meals outdoors. Children can play and have fun in both the garden and the adjacent green area. There is also a small covered terrace that offers shelter and comfort with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing with a good book.

This vacation home is the perfect setting for a delightful and relaxing holiday where nature, the beach, and cozy surroundings come together harmoniously.

AREA:
Sæby is worth visiting multiple times. It is a very charming market town with good shopping opportunities and attractions. The harbor is lively in the summer with many pleasure boats, and here you can buy ice cream and fresh fish, enjoying the maritime atmosphere filled with sailboats, cafes, and shops.

Sæby will celebrate its 500th anniversary as a market town in 2024. In the old town, you will find the abbey church of St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from the year 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby watermill, and various interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

An hour's drive from Sæby lies Skagen, where you can experience the environment of the Skagen painters up close, see Grenen where the two seas meet. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, is a great excursion destination for families. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark's third-largest city), if you are drawn to city life.
