Cozy older holiday home near beach and centrum

Modern and very well kept, older holiday home located near Sæby's child friendly beach. The beach promenade streches all the way to the cozy "hyggelige"  Sæby centrum.    

The holiday home:

The house is small but very functional, with three bedrooms and a kitchen-dinning area as well as a bay window. From the kitchen you can exit to the terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun on the screened terrace. There is also a sand box in the garden for the children. 

The holiday home is located 200 meters from the sea, Kattegat, and the promenade that leads to the town centrum. In Sæby you can visit the many specialty shops and boutiques as well as restaurants and cafes. If it gets to hot to shop, you can take a quick dip at the lovley sandy beach at the marina. Take a walk in the charming old part of town, Algade, and enjoy the many artisans and craftsmen in the area.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.

Attractions: 

Kystmuseet (The Coastel Museum) has departments in Sæby, Frederikshavn and Skagen. Here you can hear tales about life on the coast. Sæby Miniby (Miniature Town) and Sæbygaard Slot (Sæbygaard Castle) also contibutes to the local history. 

The town of Fredeikshavn is around 10 km further north. Here Palmestranden (Palm Beach) is a visit whorty during the summer as well as the beautiful Bangsbo area, with the view point at Pikkerbakke, Botaniske have (Bothanical Garden) and Dyrehave (Deer Park). If you continues further north, you'll reach the town Skagen. Here you can experience Grenen (The Northern Tip of Denmark) and Skagensmuseerne (Art Museum Skagen). A visit to Bamsemuseet (The Teddy Bear Museum) is perfect for the youngest and all the Teddy Bear fans in the family. We also recommend, Det grå fyr - Center for trækfulge (The Grey Lighthouse - Centre for migratory birds), Den tilsandede Kirke (The Sandburied Church) and Råbjerg mile, Denmarks largest wandering sand dune.
