This charming cottage is perfect for a family of 4, embarking on an adventure at Sæby Nordstrand, just 150 meters from the enchanting beach promenade leading to the lively marina.

Following a thorough renovation in 2017, the house boasts a modern and inviting interior. At the heart of the home, you'll find an open-plan kitchen with dining area, inviting you to cozy moments of shared meals or card and board games.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and seamlessly merges with the living room in a harmonious unity. Here, in the sofa corner, you'll be embraced by a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, accompanied by a charming, albeit purely decorative, wood-burning stove. Through the panoramic windows, the shifting light floods in, while the waves create a soothing backdrop and the sunrise paints the sky in warm hues.

The two bedrooms offer comfortable resting places with a 3/4 bed and a bunk bed, creating the perfect setting for family bonding and togetherness.

At the carport, you'll find a spacious utility room with both a washing machine, dryer, and a large freezer, making it easy to store supplies for your adventures.

No rentals to youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

The town and the area

Sæby, in eastern Vendsyssel, is an important tourist town that attracts holidaymakers due to its child-friendly beach and historic town environment. During the summer, the town is visited by many pleasure sailors, who, upon entering the harbor, can experience the city's modern landmark, "Fruen fra Havet" (The Lady from the Sea), a 6.25-meter-high figurehead. The town is located at the mouth of the Sæby River into the Kattegat.

The beautiful beech forest Sæbygaard and Sæby's cozy pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the holiday home. The town is steeped in cultural history and ambiance, inspiring exploration of its old streets. Likewise, art and craftsmanship play a prominent role in the city's experience.

12 km north of Sæby lies the trading town of Frederikshavn. From here, there are ferry connections to Sweden and Norway and to the island of Læsø. The town has a long pedestrian street with a wide range of specialty shops. There are also other activities such as the art museum, Krudttårnet (the Powder Tower), and Palmestranden (the Palm Beach). The beach, located 1.5 km north of the town, is planted with approximately 100 palm trees, which contribute to an extra experience for the beach's guests.
