This lovely holiday home has been completely renovated and appears bright and modern with an open kitchen/dining area, dining room, and a cozy corner with a small wood stove. There are two bedrooms, one with a three-quarter bed and the other with a sofa bed (120 cm wide). This combination of rooms provides multiple options for planning a holiday for four. The TV in the house only receives Danish and German channels.

The cozy covered terrace provides shelter and extends outdoor living on long warm evenings. There is plenty of space, and for sunny days, there are several seating areas around the garden, so you can always find a warm, sunny corner. From the terrace, you can also see the water.

There are two bicycles available if you want to explore the town in a different way.

The house is located just 250 meters from the beach, where you can walk along the promenade to the center and the harbor. Sæby is a charming old market town with an inviting maritime atmosphere around the marina, where cafes and shops entice visitors. The town center with pedestrian streets offers a wide selection of shops and dining options.

AREA:

Sæby is worth visiting multiple times. It is a very charming market town with great shopping opportunities and attractions. The harbor is bustling with yachts in the summer, and you can buy ice cream and fresh fish while enjoying the lively maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops.

Sæby is a market town that will celebrate its 500th anniversary in 2024. In the old town, you will find the monastery church of St. Mariæ. Nearby, you can also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from the year 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Water Mill, and various interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of town, there is a beautiful and attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

An hour’s drive from Sæby is Skagen, where you can experience the Skagen painters' environment up close, visit Grenen, and see where the two seas meet. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, is a great excursion destination for families with children. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark's third-largest city), offering urban life opportunities.
