Large holiday home with a total of 8 beds. The house itself is a total of 144 square meters with room for 4 people in 2 good bedrooms, both of which have a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet, which you can use. The home has been modernised and is bright and spacious. The living room has high ceilings, large windows, a good wood-burning stove, and a cosy loft. A brand new Tiny House has been established in the garden with room for 2 + loft for 2 and with its own bath and toilet.

The kitchen is new and well-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, and there is a lovely dining area with a view of the terrace and garden.

The bathroom is nice with light-coloured tiles. Here you can enjoy both the start and end of the day and make use of the round and large shower cubicle.

Furthermore, the house offers a super charming orangery, which invites you to enjoy cosy moments with a great view of the garden and a beautiful forest. The orangery is equipped with a spacious sofa with room for everyone. And if you travel when the weather is less favourable the lovely orangery allows you to extend the summer and "outdoor life”.

Outside there is a lovely west-facing terrace with good shelter, a brick barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy summer days on the chairs by at the garden table or lying on the 2 sun loungers under the parasol. Everything is of excellent quality, and you’re guaranteed to find it a great place to enjoy your vacation.

There is plenty of room in the driveway for several cars and you can charge your electric car.

THE AREA:

The house is in a charming residential area with both beach and forest nearby, and with good opportunities to cycle or walk via paths to Sæby, which has a charming town centre with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Here you'll also find Algade, the city's most exclusive street, with small yellow houses, a church, and many different artisans for you to explore. The church is a relic of a monastery from 1470 and has some stunningly beautiful frescoes that were renovated a few years ago by conservators from the National Museum. At the end of the street, you’ll find the harbour with local boats, an active club scene and, in the summer, an abundance of yachtsmen and motorhomes.

Sæby is centrally located if you want to go on an excursion in Vendsyssel. Aalborg, the North Sea and Skagen are all within easy reach.
