Charming townhouse with a lovely seaside hotel-feel in the centre of Sæby

This charming townhouse was newly renovated in 2023 and decorated with soft colours, like a seaside hotel. It is a nice and inviting house. The living area is 124 m2 and there is room for 6 people. The house is on 2 floors and furnished with 3 good bedrooms. 1 room on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. 2 rooms are with double beds and 1 room with 2 x single beds.

There is a small kitchen with good appliances and a brand-new bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The dining room and living room are on the ground floor and on the 1st floor there are 2 good rooms.

Outside is the most beautiful courtyard with a large new wooden terrace, lovely garden furniture and a good barbecue, as well as a cosy enclosed courtyard environment with small green shrubs and plants. It is a small oasis where you can enjoy the outdoors in the sun and sheltered from the weather.

In the annex opposite there is access to a washing machine and a dryer. 

The house is located on a quiet and peaceful street in the centre of the town, yet it is only 200 metres from the town centre - and only 800 metres from the beach and harbour. This can make for a great holiday with a variety of activities within easy reach. There's something for adults, big kids, and small children alike.

THE AREA:

Sæby is an incredibly beautiful town with a very charming town centre where you can enjoy shopping or a meal at a café/restaurant. There is a large and beautiful harbour with lots of life and a seafront promenade with the finest beach. Just behind the town is Sæbygaard forest, which is an incredibly beautiful beech forest with a river, bridges, and a tennis club. On the other side of the forest is Sæbygaard Castle and a beautiful golf course. It's easy to get around, everything is within easy reach. Discover the sights of the Lady by the Sea, Sæby Watermill and Sæby Church on your own and immerse yourself in history. You can also book a guided tour and take home a wealth of knowledge and stories about Sæby.

Nearby are Voergaard Castle, Palmestranden (the Palm Beach) in Frederikshavn, the lookout platform from Pikkerbakken. Aalborg is not far away if you want to see Denmark's 3rd largest city. The North Sea is also an exciting and possible excursion destination and Skagen at the top of the "Top of Denmark" can be reached in an hour.
