The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 500 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

General:
Der auf dem Foto ersichtliche Zaun steht in einer Ecke des Grundstücks und muss quasi immer in den Boden gesteckt werden. Zu allen Seiten dicht Nachbarn, es befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Müll muss zu einem zentralen Platz (ca. 100m entfernt) Dicht zum Strand. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts!!
