Beautiful holiday home in the best beach house style, nicely combined with beach hotel vibes. Large and spacious older holiday home of 178 m2 on two floors, which contains a large kitchen-living room in extension of the dining room and the large cozy living room with wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and entrance hall. A total of space for 8 people. Look forward to relaxe in the large garden with a large wooden terrace, several cozy corners, a grill and a swing. There is room for the whole family here. The house is only 250 meters from the private beach stairs. The holiday home: The holiday home is an older house from the 40s that is continuously updated but still has lots of charm. We have completely renovated the first floor in 2020, while the lower floor has been continuously renovated by previous owners with a new kitchen etc. The lower floor has a lot of charming crookedness and is therefore not top renovated, but this is something we hope we will have time and money for in 2023. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with great king-size beds (180 x 200 cm). Some bedrooms are larger than others, but all in more or less the same look and feel. The home contains furniture and fixtures that range from expensive designer furniture to cheaper furniture from Ilva and Ikea. It is our completely private furniture and fixtures, so we hope you will take very good care of the house and fixtures during your stay. The house has a large wooden terrace, a large shed (which we hope to convert into an Annex next summer). There is a swing in the garden and inside the house there are lots of family board games. There is a smart TV with Chromecast in the living room and Google speakers throughout the house and another smart TV with Chromecast is being installed on the first floor. There are also two Bluetooth speakers that can be taken out into the garden. The house's terrace, garden furniture and folding bikes are prepared every year at Easter, unless the weather is fantastic earlier in the season.
