A wide staircase leads up to the house's closed terrace, from here there is an entrance to the entrance hall. The lovely country kitchen has an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave, convection oven at working height and induction hob with built-in capacity. From the kitchen there is access to the west-facing closed terrace. Furthermore, the kitchen and dining area are separated by a bar, from which there is a panoramic view of the dunes. The dining area has panoramic windows from floor to ceiling, with a nice rustic dining table. The cozy living room is also delimited by a half wall to the kitchen. From the cozy and inviting corner sofa, the crackling of the fireplace can be enjoyed, just as the large Samsung TV with Stofa basic package programs invites you to a cozy evening. From the entrance there is also access to a spacious rustic bathroom with shower corner, laundry arrangement with double sink, storage cupboards and toilet. Smoking as pets is not allowed. Parking is available at the house.
