The house is built on two floors, only 500 meters from the sea, it is located on top of the dunes with a unique view of the sea from the living room and the terraces. The house has beautiful high ceilings, 2 pieces TV (in the living room and activity room), satellite connection, DVD, radio with CD player, fireplace, high quality furniture, wireless internet, and Apple TV, the films can be rented. The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge / freezer (215/95 L). Both bathrooms have sink, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. The main bathroom has a sauna, jacuzzi, washing machine, clothes dryer and direct access to the terrace. In the activity room there is Nintendo Wii, Lego, table football and other games. The house is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the lower floor. On the 3 sides of the house is a terrace with garden furniture, loungers and Webergrill. In addition, there is a trampoline. The house is suitable for 8 persons and is not rented to youth groups. No smoking allowed. Pets are not allowed. Obligatory final cleaning. TV broadcasts via antenna with 6 Danish channels and satellite dish for a variety of foreign broadcasters.
