Exciting year-round insulated cottage for 5 people located on a beautiful natural plot. The house borders a large protected forest area with lively wildlife and is approximately 1500 meters from the beach.

The external facilities offer a partially covered terrace with good wind protection, where evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into spring/fall. The cottage offers 93 m2 on a large natural plot with good parking facilities.

The cottage: Entrance with space for the wardrobe. The house has 1 bathroom. Kitchen, dining area, and living room in one, as well as a dining area. The room is bright and lovely with good window sections and access to the terrace. The terrace is partially covered and partially enclosed. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, extractor hood, and fridge/freezer. In the kitchen, there is also a combined washer and dryer and a heat pump. Cozy living room with a fireplace, radio, TV, and wireless internet access. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: DB + 2SB + DB. Lovely terrace with a view of the protected forest area, as well as a gas grill that can be used in the summer months.
The days can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the terrace, and there is a swing on the plot for the little guests.

The house is heated with electric radiators, a fireplace, and a heat pump. With the heat pump, there is the possibility to reduce electricity costs, as it is energy-efficient. Pets are allowed (maximum 2). Smoking is not allowed. Built-in 1979 and renovated in 2013.

The entire property is within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the town's mini-golf course. The house is located near a large forest and nature area by Aarrild Lake, where red deer can be experienced up close. Here, there is ample opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or walk, and during the fall, the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.
