This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season.

The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a breakfast cabinet with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The villa also features a separate WC with a washing machine.

The sauna offers a unique experience with surfaces made from natural peat, creating a distinctive ambiance. The sauna area is separate from the main living space, allowing for late-night relaxation without disturbing those already asleep.
