The apartment features a combined kitchen and living room area, a separate bedroom with a double bed (can be separated into two single beds), and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The compact bathroom includes a sauna and toilet.

A large, fully glazed balcony spans the entire width of the apartment, offering stunning views of Aakenustunturi and the West slopes. The apartment comes with a private parking space equipped with a power outlet, suitable for charging electric or hybrid vehicles.

In winter, ski access is possible directly from the apartment via a light traffic route. The South Point and West Point chairlifts are only about 500 meters away. The ski bus stop is approximately 100 meters from the apartment.
