The third bedroom has two additional beds suitable for children. The extra beds are pulled out from under the box spring beds. 2 WCs, sauna, washroom with two showers and dressing room. Large room for drying and storing clothes and sport equipment. Large 3 0m² terrace with terrace furniture. Air source heat pumps in both floors.

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door.
