Own boat, no life jackets. The beach is in shared use and is maintained by the municipality. The shoreline is approx. 100 m long.

The villa has air conditioning. The villa is situated at the foot of a small mountain Kipari, in the middle of rugged nature in gentle slope. On the mountain there is an observation tower and hut by a hiking trail.
