The apartment is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of numerous gourmet restaurants, shops, and public transport options, including trams and buses. Guests can also enjoy a lovely loggia with southern exposure, offering a pleasant view of the city center. Private paid parking is available nearby for added convenience. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a request for guests to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to respect the community.
