This large, 19th century home is located on the edge of town, in between forests and fields. It is surrounded by a three hectare park, which combines two gardens. In one of the gardens, you will find the 15 x 7 m swimming pool and a small house with a changing room and a toilet. Enjoy playing badminton, chess, ping pong and cricket here. The other garden is for dreaming and relaxing.

The garden in front of the house is furnished with a dining table for ten and a barbecue. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and sun shades, where you can relax. Three steps lead into the pool water, making access easy. The pool, the entrance and the walls are equipped with an alarm system. The property offers parking for your vehicle.

The beautiful house boasts six bedroom, 4 bathroom, two living room and a dining room and can accommodate up to twelve people. Three bedrooms are furnished with single, the other three with double beds. There is a large salon, a dining table, a games/television room and four additional rooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet and an additional shower; furthermore, there are three separate toilets. The games/television room lets you watch television, listen to music and play card games. The kitchen is fully loaded with two ovens, a gas stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, cutlery... Downstairs you will find the freezer and a utility room with a washing machine.

The owner offers catering (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) upon request. We use fresh, regional products and produce purchased from the local market. The owner will also happily help to plan your outings, such as horseback riding, canoeing on the Dordogne River, mushrooming, cooking classes, wine tasting or private tours of castles.
