This charming little semi-detached house is on a shared plot, but the access and private terrace area are separated from the main house by pretty plantings. The property is located in a quiet residential area, 2.8 km from the sea and 200 m from all shops. A bus, whose stop is 100 m away, will take you to the city center (and the beaches?) if you don't want to use the car for a few days. The port city of Dieppe, known for its scallops and kite festival, among other things, lies just below the Bay of Somme, considered one of the most beautiful bays in the world. An ideal base to explore the tourist highlights of the Alabaster Coast. Dieppe Golf Course, known for its fantastic location with sea views, is just under 3 km away.

Activities nearby: Visit the port towns of Dieppe and Le Tréport, the chic turn-of-the-century villas in the seaside resort of Mers Les Bains or the impressive cliffs of Etretat. The picturesque village of Varengeville-sur- mer, voted France's most popular village in 2016, is well worth a visit. The surrounding coastal landscape and the church of Saint-Valéry were a favourite motif for many important Impressionist painters, including Turner, Renoir, Claude Monet and many others.
