The residence boasts direct beach access and a superb 650m² lagoon swimming pool (open from May 23 to the end of September), as well as two tennis courts. There is no on-site parking or WiFi. It is not mentioned whether pets are allowed. Situated in Gassin, the apartment is conveniently located just 5km from Saint-Tropez and 12km from Sainte-Maxime. Shops are a mere 50m away, and the beaches are just 100m away. “Les Bateaux Verts” offer a regular shuttle service from Les Marines de Cogolin to Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. The apartment includes an open fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate WC. Amenities include an electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and TV.
