It has four air-conditioned bedrooms: a master suite with king-size bed and private terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and two other bedrooms with double beds. The villa does not accept pets. It includes a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a suspended sun lounger. A remote surveillance system is installed for security. Located on the heights of Dampierre, in Le Gosier, this rental offers an ideal location for exploring Guadeloupe, between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre. Nearby, you will find the village of Gosier with its amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Datcha beach), the Gosier islet, the Fort Fleur d'épine, the Bas du Fort Marina (restaurants and shops) and the Casino. The most beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away by car. The villa is spread over three levels. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining room under glass, a bathroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. Hotel cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure. A water reserve system is planned. A gas barbecue is available. Parties are not allowed. A deposit of EURO3,500 is required.
