Bars, restaurants and small shops are located on the 4 harbours and can be reached on foot via the beach promenade. Gruissan Village, the old fishing village with its ruined Barberousse tower and small streets and the market are located directly behind the new marina.

On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with fitted kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and children's high chair. The living room has a cosy sofa set with TV, DVD player, music system and WiFi router. 2 bedrooms for adults with double beds and the children's room with bunk beds are on the upper floor. Next to the bedrooms is the small bathroom with a 1.40 metre shower cubicle. The toilet is separate.

- The large green terrace with awning and comfortable garden furniture is also equipped with 2 garden loungers and an electric barbecue. In the garage you will find additional items such as beach chairs, a small inflatable boat, sand toys and a bicycle for fetching baguettes. There is a car parking space in front of the garage and further parking spaces are located outside the complex.
