Description

This holiday home is located around three kilometres from Lézardrieux, in a peaceful, leafy setting. As well as the tranquillity of the countryside, you can also enjoy the proximity of the sea. This restored 16th-century stone house has a large private garden and terrace, nestling in a peaceful, leafy setting not far from the Atlantic coast.

The 2,000 m² private garden is enclosed and has a terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking is also available.

Built in 1578, this stone farmhouse was renovated in 2016 and offers around 140 m² of living space, sleeping up to eight people. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm with latex mattress), and two other bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). All bedrooms are located on the first floor, where you will also find a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The ground floor comprises a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher. The living room has a fireplace (wood not provided), flat-screen TV, home cinema, hi-fi and DVD player. You can view your photos on the television using a card reader. In addition to a washing machine in the bathroom, you also have access to an iron and hoover. All rooms are heated with oil. Wi-Fi is also available in all rooms.

The holiday home is just 600 metres from the sea. The long coastal footpath (GR34, formerly the customs path) runs almost directly alongside the property (100 metres). In Lézardrieux, three kilometres away, you'll find a mini-market, a bakery, a butcher's, a post office, a chemist's and a pizzeria. Fans of saunas and whirlpool baths will find what they're looking for in Paimpol (5 km). The surrounding area is ideal for sailing and canoeing, as well as numerous walks and coastal excursions. There are also tennis courts 3.5 km away.
