This spacious 68m² apartment is located in the "Le Bossonnet" residence, just opposite the ski slopes and close to the village, offering a fantastic base for both winter and summer activities. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is situated on the first floor (no elevator), with a south-facing balcony offering beautiful views of the mountains and the residence. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with electric hotplates, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as a cozy living room with a dining area, TV, and sofa. Situated in a lively area, you'll have easy access to the village’s shops, the swimming pool, ice rink, and hiking opportunities. For winter enthusiasts, the ESF meeting point is right across the street, and the ski slopes are just a stone’s throw away. In summer, enjoy hiking and exploring the stunning natural surroundings. The Nant River is nearby for scenic walks, and the bus station is only 900m away for easy access to transportation. The apartment features three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two sets of bunk beds (note: high beds are not recommended for children under 6 years old). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. The residence has a garage with one parking space (height 1.90m) and electric heating to keep you warm.
