This ground-floor flat in a detached house with a large plot of land is right in the centre of the village of Malaucène, north of Avignon.
You share the outside areas with the owners, including an 11 x 5.5 metre swimming pool and a 2,500 square metre garden with flowerbeds, barbecue, garden furniture and table tennis. The 25 square metre covered outdoor terrace is for tenants only and is not available to share. There is a parking space in front of the house.
