Located just 800 meters from the beach on a picturesque peninsula formed by the Siagne River, the residence offers a charming and tranquil environment. Comprising several small buildings, the residence's regional architectural style blends seamlessly into the lush 5-hectare park, with multi-colored shutters adding to the Mediterranean ambiance. The residence offers a variety of amenities for relaxation and enjoyment, including an outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool, and fitness room (available for an additional fee). You can also dine at the on-site Riviera restaurant or enjoy access to the private pontoon for boat rides. Nearby, you'll have the opportunity to obtain a boat license in just three days (subject to approval and advance booking) and rent a boat for a seaside excursion. Please note that pets from the 1st and 2nd categories are not allowed. The accommodation features a living room with two sofa beds, one with a trundle bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet. The apartment, located on the ground floor, includes air conditioning, a furnished terrace, WiFi, a DVD player, and a TV.
