Beautiful Fisherman’s House at the beach

House:
This is a unique house, consisting of 2 joined old fishermen's cottages completely renovated in 2023 with all the desired modern comforts. The authentic character has been preserved. You have the feeling of living in the middle of the cosy village. With the terrace in front of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quartier historique. Directly opposite the château de la Napoule. Ideally located also for families with children as the beach is 50 metres away. Truly a unique location! Baker, butcher, supermarket and restaurants are within 200 m. The little train station is right behind the house. This gets you to Cannes in 7 minutes and Nice airport in 30 minutes. Parking is free in front of the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. There are fans in all bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are beach chairs and 2 bicycles. The house is non - smoking Details - It is located next to Cannes' quiet railway line, the trains do not run in the evening after 10pm. - The house is not very suitable for toddlers because of the stairs.
