Villa La Roche is an absolute gem on the south coast of France, right near Cannes. The spacious house is ideal for a large family, two couples and their children, or a multi-generational getaway with grandma and grandpa. The house is perfectly situated in the hills of Mandelieu-La Napoule. It's a five-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the village of Capitou, where you can buy your baguette from the bakery, enjoy a great lunch or dinner at Bistro Joseph, or simply pick up a few essentials at the supermarket or pharmacy. Another five minutes' drive and you're at the beach, where you can choose from a huge selection of restaurants near the beach or right on the beach. You have a huge selection of highlights nearby, including St. Tropez, Monaco, Cannes, and Nice. Alternatively, you can simply relax in the house, swim, read, or simply watch your Netflix series on the smart TV. There are also beautiful walks above the house in the forest/nature reserve.
