This residence, located in the village of Monflanquin on the edge of a lake, offers 2-room apartments of 34m² with covered terrace. Each apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Animals are allowed (65EURO/animal/week or 10EURO/animal/day). Outdoor parking is included. The village of Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal starting point for discovering the region: castles, exceptional sites, hiking trails and cycle paths. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy horseback riding, golf and canoeing. A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot 20km away (open all year round) and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m. Each apartment has an equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The covered terrace, facing North-East, is equipped with 2 deck chairs and a parasol. Wifi access, bed linen and bathroom linen are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices to be seen on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival.
