This residence, located in Monflanquin on the edge of a lake, offers a 55m² house with furnished terrace and view of the swimming pool. It includes a living room with a sofa bed and a trundle bed, as well as two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Pets are allowed (65EURO/week or 10EURO/day). Outdoor parking is included. The village of Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal starting point for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m. The house includes a living room, a semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC and a separate WC. The terrace, facing North-West, offers a view of the swimming pool. Bed and bathroom linen are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory (payment on arrival). The tourist tax is to be paid on site.
