The Les Ecrins 5 residence is a family-friendly destination located in Village 1800, just 2 km from the resort center. Ideal for skiing enthusiasts, it is situated at the foot of the slopes, with a ski school and the Village chairlift only a few meters away. A shuttle service offers convenient access to the resort center, making it easy to explore the area. This 24m² studio, located on the ground floor, offers a cozy retreat for up to 4 people and features a south-facing balcony for a pleasant outdoor space. The living area is furnished with a television, a comfortable sofa, and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements include a pull-out sofa in the living room (2 single beds) and 2 single bunk beds in the hallway, separated by a sliding door. Please note that the upper berth of the bunk bed is not recommended for children under 6 years old. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and there is a separate WC. Additional amenities include a ski locker, manual shutters, and free public covered parking, although parking space is not guaranteed. Bed linen, household linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be reserved in advance, subject to availability. Please be aware that pets are not allowed, and a deposit of EURO350 is required. Heating is provided, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
