This base is close to all tourist interests in the region: the Canal du Midi and Carcassonne (all 2 World Heritage Sites of UNESCO), the Cathar castles and abbeys, the village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the lake of Jouarre with sailing base ... and the white sandy beaches of Gruissan at 48 km.
The vineyard has 3 cottages this cottage, an other one for 5 people and the last one only for 2 people. These 3 cottages share the large pool.
The 80 m² divided on 2 levels is comfortably equipped for 5 people. At ground floor: large living room of 45 m² with lounge and dining room, kitchen and separate toilet. On 1st floor: 1 large double bedroom and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. Each of the 2 rooms has its private shower room with separate toilet.
The cottage has a private terrace facing the pool. Swimming pool offers 3 separate spaces : 1 American beach 0.40 m deep for small children, a wading pool for children and more daring the deep end.
Parking off road on the ground. Views over the pool and the hills of the Minervois. Sorry no pet allowed.
