Description
Come and relax in this quiet, secure residence in the Grisettes district of Montpellier, 100 m from the Sabines line 2 tramway and close to the A9 motorway. The new Saint Roch clinic is just 50 m away. To go swimming at Palavas-les flots beach by car, allow 15 minutes. The tram to Carnon beach takes around 30 minutes. The Yves du Manoir stadium is less than 3 km away. Europcar car hire is less than 10 minutes' walk away.
On the 4th floor, a beautiful flat with a 12m² terrace overlooking a lovely garden. This BBC flat dates from 2014. It is spacious and pleasant to live in. It offers 67m² of living space with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a fitted kitchen. You have access to all the rooms and equipment. A free closed garage in the basement of the residence allows you to park your car.
This recent neighbourhood has been awarded the "eco-neighbourhood" label. It is friendly and structured around two "ramblas", with a mix of collective housing. A 1,000 m2 covered market is located just 50 m from the residence, opposite the Sabines tram stop. These are shopping halls where customers come to do their shopping and can eat on the spot. With 17 stalls, it's a great place to find quality organic produce from the region. Bread, fruit and vegetables, fish, bars, pizza, cheeses, fresh pasta, spices, butchers and even lobster.
If you're coming from the station or the town centre, take tram no. 2 (orange with flowers), direction Saint-jean-de-vedas, and get off at Sabines station. From there, it's just a short walk to my house, as the station is right next door. From the motorway, take exit 31 west. By tram, you're 15 minutes from the Place de la Comédie (Montpellier's main square).
