The house features two bright bedrooms, a modern bathroom, two toilets, and a spacious, air-conditioned living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Bed linens, towels, and essential supplies (soap, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil) are provided for your convenience. Outside, enjoy a lovely private garden with a swimming pool and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing. A piano is also available in the living room. Located in a quiet, residential area, this recently built and meticulously maintained house is ideal for recharging your batteries while enjoying modern amenities. To preserve the peace of the neighbourhood, parties, events, outside visitors, pets, and smoking are not permitted inside. Quiet requested between 10 pm and 8 am.
