About this Villa
Ideal for those who love nature and like to live on their own but still wish to be close to the city and its amenities.
Far from the noise of the road and the train, you arrive at the Cap de Nice on a small private road and via a few steps down a stone stairway reach the villa situated on the rocks just next to the ocean.
There is everything one could ask for: a 180° panoramic view on maybe the world's most beautiful bay, a small cove situated right on the property (!), and a sunlit seaside path to Nice's famous beaches and the harbour, buzzing with life in its bars and cafés.
A nearby bus stop (5-10 minutes by foot) allows you to get to the city centre in no more than five minutes. Or, if you feel more adventurous, to reach Monaco in about 18 minutes.
Just next to the bus stop, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundry, a bar with kiosk, a hairdresser and a pizzeria.
