CHARMING ALSACIAN HOUSE CLASSIFIED GITE DE FRANCE 3 EPIS 3 ETOILES Charming Alsatian house, classified "Gîte de France 3* 3 épis" for 4/5 people, quiet, in the centre of the Alsace wine route and close to the most typical monuments of the region. The village of Nothalten is situated halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg. Its central location gives you easy access to the whole of Alsace, the Vosges and Germany.

The gîte comprises: - 1 fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, various frying pans, etc. - 1 living room with sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, bookcase with many books, mini-stereo with charging station for Iphone, TV (TNT HD) with DVD player (DVDs available free of charge) - 1 dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a cot. 1 bedroom with two separate 90 x 190 beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. - 1 WC separate from the showers. - 1 shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and storage cupboard for towels (provided free of charge). - 1 large covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. On the ground floor you will find a room dedicated to the various options we can offer you, such as breakfasts, table d'hôtes, etc.

A large 35m2 private covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. A courtyard for parking cars. A 60 m2 lawn area with table, chairs and bench is at your disposal.

The house is located in the vineyards, we do not rent bicycles, but you can get them at the tourist office. Various options are available: - breakfast on request at an additional cost - cleaning package. Electric car charging point with dedicated meter. We can also organise visits to wineries and distilleries, or arrange entrance tickets for various sites.

There is a bakery in our small village, which also serves as a grocery shop. A post office. A few kilometres from Nothalten you will find supermarkets and other shops. From the gîte you have direct access to various hiking trails.
