This 60m² Canadian-themed house, located in the heart of the forest, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds and a convertible double sofa bed in the living room. Pets under 25kg and not noisy are accepted for a EURO15 fee. A private 6-seater spa is available for an optional EURO40 fee for the duration of the stay. The house is situated within an exceptional setting in the heart of the Pays-de-Monts national forest, just minutes from the beach. Numerous cycle paths surround the area, offering opportunities for exploration. The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, crockery, utensils), two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Amenities also include a TV (TNT channels), hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue/electric plancha) provides outdoor space. Bed sheets are provided, but towels are not (towel kit rental is EURO5 per person). Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean; an end-of-stay cleaning package is available for EURO85, or mid-stay cleaning can be requested for EURO39 (with 3 days' notice). A baby kit (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub) is available for an additional EURO15. Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. A EURO750 deposit is required.
