Leider hatten wir sehr negative Erfahrung mit der Wohnung auf rue Nollet 59: Wir haben keine Nacht durchgeschlafen, da das Haus sehr dünne Wände hat, so dass man jeden Schritt im Haus hört. Das Bad und der Hauptraum hatten einen Wasserschaden und es war keine Lüftung im Bad.

The flat is on the first floor up a narrow staircase (no lift) and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and a main lounge. Being in a house that is built in another house's courtyard you are protected from most of the street noise, unless it is police sirens or Storm Benjamin. There is a lot of internal noise from other flats in the property. The bathroom of functional - shower in the bath, basin, washing machine and loo - and quite acceptable. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has a large cupboard. The lounge has tv and internet, two large windows that overlook the bamboo grove (really) next door and a comfortable sofabed plus dingin tabel and chairs. The kitchen is minimalist - three hobs, no oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine plus a few pans, plates and cutlery. Overall the flat is a great place to stay for a few days, being close to Place de Clichy which gives greate metro links. You would not know you were so close to the centre of Paris from the quietness of the falt, which is great. We enjoyed our stay very much.
