Following the spectacular Côte Sauvage (Wild Coast), you can reach the renowned seaside resort of La Baule-Escoublac. Also worth a visit: the fortified medieval town of Guérande and its famous salt marshes. For nature lovers, the vast Brière Regional Natural Park (49,000 ha) offers a unique landscape of canals, traditional thatched cottages, and peat bogs, best explored on a guided boat trip.
