Description
Charming holiday home in Brittany (Lilia-Plouguerneau) with enclosed garden and large terrace ideally situated 200m and 2mns walk from the beach and small restaurants in the port of Lilia (crêperie, oyster tasting, seafood restaurants etc...)
Situated between the village of Lilia and the beach at Kervenni, the house is the starting point for many walks and hikes or the lighthouse on the virgin island, which can be reached by kayak.
All around, fine sandy beaches and coves with turquoise waters.
Hiking trails (GR34) are 200m away and the kite surfing and wind surfing spot on the large Vougot beach is a 10-minute drive away.
This tastefully decorated 120m2 house comprises:
- A large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room (TV and books available) opening onto the terrace and garden,
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin,
- Separate WC,
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, high chair, baby cot with mattress, iron and ironing board, extra fridge with freezer, microwave, washing powder and household products....

You can arrive at a time that suits you thanks to an independent arrival with key box.
On arrival, you'll find your beds made up, towels at your disposal and all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable (salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and tea pods, household and cleaning products, washing powder, etc.). All you have to do is put your suitcases down. Linen and WiFi provided.
