Plouhinec, on the south side of Cap Sizun, offers an exceptional location overlooking the Bay of Audierne, with its long beaches perfect for swimming, surfing or long walks, and the picturesque little port of Pors-Poulhan which marks the border between the Pays Bigouden and Cap Sizun. The surrounding area is full of activities: the colorful market in Audierne on Saturdays, the spectacular panorama from Pointe du Raz, a day trip to the island of Sein, a visit to the old sardine port of Douarnenez and a stroll through the magnificent medieval town of Locronan, one of the most beautiful villages in France and the setting for many films.
