This cozy apartment is located in a private house, just a 5-minute walk from Le Frémur, an inlet with small natural beaches. It has a separate entrance and a bathroom on the ground floor. The living area is upstairs, with a kitchenette, two sleeping areas accessible by a ladder, and a sofa bed. The small southwest-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the bucolic garden, shared with the owner. Pets are welcome, provided they get along with the house's very sociable Golden Retriever. The former fishing village has preserved charming narrow streets around its church. Nine fine sandy beaches and a coastal path with splendid panoramas will delight lovers of nature, the open sea, and family relaxation.

Tips from owner:
The surrounding area has no shortage of tourist attractions: Dinard, the jewel of the Emerald Coast, is an example of the Belle Époque with its 407 listed villas and timeless charm. The neighbouring town of St. Malo attracts with its ramparts built into the sea and its magnificent Sillon beach, which in 2023 will still be among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe, or last but not least the famous Mont Saint - Michel, which is only an hour's drive away. The very discreet owner lives in the main house. She has a very sociable dog (Golden Retriever breed). On the small natural beaches on the Fémur, dogs are allowed.

Remarks:
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
