The villa Aurélie is located in the marvelous bay, calm and quiet of Agay at the foot of the Esterel Rouge mountain which exerts a special magic on the vacationers of the Côte d'Azur. The magnificent Provencal villa enjoys a Mediterranean climate and offers its inhabitants a haven of peace with the swimming pool and the possibilities of relaxation and calm as well in this beautiful property as in the neighboring corners.

The property consists of three charming rooms decorated in a country house style. French beds are very comfortable (160 x 200cm). Two of the bedrooms have sea views with access to the pool. The third bedroom overlooks the garden with a view of the valley.

On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic glass fireplace, automatic coffee maker (Nespresso) and a toaster. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace with magnificent views of the Massif de l'Esterel. The mountains are known for their impressive "porphyry" red rocks.

The bright villa offers a large dining room with sliding glass doors to the covered balcony with marvelous sea views. The open living room allows direct access to the upper terrace with a large table, barbecue and sun loungers invites to rest in the Mediterranean vegetation with orange and lemon trees. From here you can also listen to the concert of the cicadas with a glass of rosé in hand and forget the time passing by watching the sea and the view on St. Tropez. You will feel comfortable and safe in this wonderful place.

Villa Aurélie offers its occupants three bathrooms, one with bath and the other two with shower.

The living area is 200 square meters with 1360 square meters of land offering a magnificent sea view. You can leave the car and walk to 6 minutes from the idyllic sandy beach of Agay. Small shops and cafes invite you to stroll if you do not want to enjoy the sandy beach and the sea.
