Ideal for a family or small group, the apartment features a spacious ground floor with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine, while the lounge area boasts a sofa, TV, and an office nook. A stylish Italian-style shower room with a washing machine completes the ground floor. Enjoy the tranquility of the residential area while being just a short distance from outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and lakeside excursions in both winter and summer. Upstairs, the two cozy bedrooms offer a double bed (160 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 200), with plenty of storage space.
