Pets are allowed for an additional fee, and a numbered parking space is provided. Bed linens and bathroom towels are available for rent, and end-of-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge. A deposit is required upon booking. The residence is ideally located just 100 meters from the beach and port of Saint Jacques, with a small shopping center (open year-round) 200 meters away. A playground is 500 meters from the property, and the town of Sarzeau with its shops and Port Crouesty is just 4 km away. For island excursions, Port Navalo, 13 km away, offers ferry departures to the Gulf of Morbihan. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster.
