Spacious Provencal villa with swimming pool for your holidays in the Var Large villa located in France, in Villecroze, in the Var vineyards region (83), 20 km west of Draguignan, in magnificent, peaceful countryside, 35 km south of Lac de Sainte-Croix and 70 km from Saint-Tropez.
Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms with very good beds, 3 shower rooms (one of which is outside), 3 WCs, superbly equipped open-plan kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV, internet, large bright living room, heating/air-conditioning (living room). The building is very well insulated and even in summer the house stays cool.
Secure swimming pool 10x5m and 1m70 deep. Spacious terraces (approx. 200 m2, of which 70 around the pool, 120 near the living room and 20 covered for meals), BBQ, garden furniture, large private fenced plot (4000 m2).
The property has a travel cot for small children, as well as a baby seat and bath.
Quiet, rural setting. The property is located on the edge of a dead-end road. Small shops are in Villecroze (3 km) and the nearest supermarkets are in Salernes (7 km).
